Notice of Annual General Meeting 2005 and related documents
The Annual General Meeting of Triad Group Plc will be held at 7-9 Copthall
Avenue, London EC2R 7NJ, on Moday 31st October 2005 at 11:00am.
Copies of the 2005 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of Annual General
Meeting and the related form of proxy have been submitted to the UKLA and will
be available shortly for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility,
which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade,
Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (telephone number: 020 7676 1000). Copies will be
sent out to shareholders on Monday, 3rd October 2005.
