The Company confirms that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website at www.triad.co.uk.

 

The Company confirms that its AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 September 2020 and will be conducted as a virtual meeting.

 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at:
