                                   AGM Result

At the Annual General Meeting of Triad Group Plc held today, the voting was as
follows:

Resolution 2             7,260,499 (66.91%)     3,590,265 (33.08%)    10,850,764
Resolution 3             7,268,058 (66.98%)     3,582,710 (33.02%)    10,850,768
Resolution 4             7,370,721 (67.94%)     3,478,244 (32.06%)    10,848,965
Resolution 5             7,267,558 (66.98%)     3,583,210 (33.02%)    10,850,768
Resolution 6             7,265,560 (66.96%)     3,585,208 (33.04%)    10,850,768

Accordingly resolutions 1-5 were passed and resolution 6 did not receive the
necessary majority.

Dr John Rigg, executive Chairman of Triad Group Plc, commented,
