Triad Group Plc notes reports today of a statement by Mira Makar. The Company
would like to draw shareholders' attention to the Chairman's statement regarding
the position of the Company's auditors in its announcement on Tuesday 26th July
of its results for the year ended 31st March 2005. The Company has nothing to
add to that announcement.
