AGM statement


At the Annual General Meeting of Tribal Group plc (the 'Group') to be held at
10.30 am today, Tribal will provide the following update:

'The Group has started the year well with trading in the first three months of
the financial year in line with the Board's expectations.

We have won a number of new contracts, in particular, the recent award of a four
year contract with an estimated value of £10.7m with the Learning and Skills
Council in the South West of England to provide advice and guidance as part of
the provision of learning to offenders in both prisons and the probation
service.

The implementation of Mercury Health's ISTC contract is proceeding well; the
first centre at Wycombe will open, on schedule and on budget, on 8 August 2005.
This facility will be one of the first in the country to provide general
practitioners with direct access to diagnostic imaging services. '
