                               Board announcement





The Board of Tribal Group announces that, as a result of continued ill health,
David Telling will be standing down as non-executive chairman and resigning as a
non-executive director with immediate effect.  Dominic Collins, currently Deputy
Chairman, has been appointed as interim chairman.  The Board expects to announce
the appointment of a permanent chairman in the next few weeks.



The Board would like to record its appreciation of the contribution that David
Telling has made to the development of Tribal Group.
