Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Tribal Group plc ('the Company') received notification on 18 September 2006 that
Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive
Plan (SIP) had purchased 12 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a 
price of 178p per share on behalf of Mrs Julie Towers, a Person Discharging 
Managerial Responsibility. These shares are to be held in accordance to the 
rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
