Re: Grant of options
The Company has today granted options to Peter Martin, an executive director
of the Company, over the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary
Shares') as follows:

Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan, including the performance criteria of both
schemes, are set out in the Company's Admission document dated 8 February
2001.
Following this transaction, Peter Martin has options over 100,000 Ordinary
Shares. In addition, Peter Martin has a beneficial interest in 376,164
Ordinary Shares (being 1.1% of the Company's Ordinary Shares).
