Tribal Group plc (the 'Company')
Director's shareholding
The Company received notification today that on 21 September 2001, Peter
Martin, an executive director of the Company, acquired 6,500 ordinary shares
in the Company at 225p per share.
As a result of this share purchase, Peter Martin has a beneficial interest in
382,664 ordinary shares representing 1.1 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
