Tribal Group plc ('Tribal') advises that Dominic Collins, Non-Executive Deputy
Chairman and Senior Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the
Board effective from the date of this announcement.

Timothy Stevenson, a Non-Executive Director of Tribal since May 2004, has agreed
to be nominated as Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Deputy
Chairman.

The Board of Tribal wishes to extend its thanks to Dominic for his invaluable
contribution as a director of the Company.
