The Company received notification on 2 March 2001 that Zurich Scudder
Investments Limited, on behalf of Zurich Financial Services Group ('ZFS Group
'), has a notifiable interest of 5,210,440 Ordinary 5p Shares, representing
15.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
