The Company received notification on 12 December 2005, that as 9 December 2005,
Caledonia Investments plc's ('Caledonia') interest in 6,305,500 5p ordinary
shares of the Company now represents 7.87% of the issued share capital of the
Company due to an increase in the Company's issued share capital.
Pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer Trust Company
Limited, a substantial shareholder in Caledonia are also deemed to be interested
in these shares.
