The Company received notification on 16 January from Caledonia Investments plc
('Caledonia'), that as at 16 January 2007, Caledonia became interested in
8,836,232 5p ordinary shares of the Company. This represents 10.43% of the
Company's issued share capital.

Pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer Trust Company
Limited, a substantial shareholder in Caledonia, is also deemed to be interested
in these shares.
