The Company received today notification, that as at 6 October 2006, Caledonia
Investments plc ('Caledonia') is interested in 7,336,232 5p ordinary shares of
the Company. This represents 9.00% of the Company's issued share capital.

Pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, The Cayzer Trust Company
Limited, a substantial shareholder in Caledonia, is also deemed to be 
interested in these shares.
