Tribal announces that the Offer Document, Listing Particulars and Circular in
relation to the recommended offer by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein on behalf of
Tribal for HACAS were posted today.



As set out in the Offer Document, Forms of Acceptance should be received no
later than 3.00 p.m. on 17 July 2003.



Copies of the Listing Particulars and Circular have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
