Tribal Group plc
SALM Contract
In our half year results statement, published in August this year, Tribal highlighted that our work on the New South Wales Student and Administration and Learning Management (SALM) programme was moving from initial deployment to broad roll out, and that the existing commercial arrangements were being reset to better support the future aims of the programme.
At the date of our half year results statement, the reset of these arrangements was subject to formal contract completion, and as a result certain related revenues were therefore deferred into the second half of the year.
Tribal is pleased to confirm that formal contract completion has now been successfully concluded and that these revenues will therefore be recognised in the second half. We continue to anticipate that our role will be extended under the new arrangements.
