Trading update



Tribal Group plc announces that, ahead of entering its close period, the Company
will be holding a meeting for equity analysts and fund managers at the Brewery,
Chiswell Street, London EC1 on 9 April at which it will present the Group's
strategy and provide an update on trading for the second half of the year ending
31 March 2003.



The Group's strong trading reported at the time of the interim results
announcement on 26 November 2002 has continued and the Board is confident of
being able to report another good set of results for the Group for the full
year.



It is intended that the preliminary results announcement for the year ending 31
March 2003 will be made on, or around, 25 June 2003.
