Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares will be issued upon the exercise of share options pursuant to the
Trifast plc's Executive Share Option Scheme and SAYE Scheme.
