Directors' Interest in Shares of the Company
Trifast plc (the "Company") today announces the following changes in Directors'
interests in Trifast ordinary shares of 5p each.
On 21st September 2005, the Company granted the following conditional share
awards to its Executive Directors under the Trifast plc 2005 Long-Term Incentive
Plan approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 20th September
2005:-

Jim Barker 320,000
Stuart Lawson 220,000
Geoffrey Budd 220,000
Steven Tan 220,000
The earliest normal vesting date on which shares may be released is 20th
September 2008.
Awards will be released based upon the Company's Return On Capital Employed
performance measured over a three year period from the date of grant. No awards
will be capable of release unless the Company's Total Shareholder Return is at
least at the median of its comparator group over the same period. The conditions
and vesting arrangements were set out in more detail in the 2005 AGM notice and
will be included in the Directors' remuneration report for 2006.
