Trifast plc ("the Company") announces that on 25 November 2002, the following
four directors purchased shares in the Company as follows.
Jim Barker, Chief Executive, purchased 22,550 shares at a price of 44p. His
resultant holding is 208,350 shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share
capital.
Geoff Budd, Executive Director, purchased 11,275 shares at a price of 44p. His
resultant holding is 215,955 shares, representing 0.30% of the issued share
capital.
Colin Hill, Executive Director, purchased 22,550 shares at a price of 44p. His
resultant holding is 422,150 shares, representing 0.59% of the issued share
capital.
John Budgen, Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,275 shares at a price of 44p.
His resultant holding is 81,275 shares, representing 0.11% of the issued share
capital.
In addition, Stuart Lawson, who will be appointed Finance Director from 1
January 2003, purchased 11,275 shares at a price of 44p. His resultant holding
is 17,475 shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital.
