As announced on 8th January, Bill Wilson has been appointed to the Board of
Trifast as a Non-Executive Director.

Bill Wilson is currently an executive director of ERIKS Group NV, which is
quoted on Euronext.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to 9.6.13 of the
UKLA Listing Rules.
