Tristel plc ('Tristel'), the infection and contamination control business,
announces the following share sale by a director:



On 31 October 2006 Peter Clarke (Non-Executive Director) sold 160,000 shares at
45 pence each, taking his total shareholding to 21,811 shares (0.09%).



Commenting, Peter Clarke, said:

'The sale of these shares was for personal reasons, to help fund the purchase of
a property, and is in no way a reflection of my confidence in Tristel plc.'
