Tristel announces that on 26 March 2008 Mr Paul Swinney, Chief Executive,
purchased 23,500 ordinary shares of 1p each  ('Shares') at 42p per share in the
Company.

Following the purchase Mr Swinney is beneficially interested in a total of
1,545,742 Shares in Tristel representing 5.7  per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
