Dividend Pay Date Amendment
Tristel plc ('Tristel'), the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination
control products, today announces the following amendment to the announcement
released on 19 February 2007 07:01 RNS No: 4494R. The Pay Date should read 10
April 2007 and not 6 April 2007 as was previously stated. The amended text
appears below.
Dividend
We are declaring an interim dividend of 0.35p per share, an increase of 27% over
the interim dividend declared last year, and in line with our progressive
dividend policy. The dividend will be paid on 10 April 2007 to shareholders on
the register at the close of business on 2 March 2007.
