                                    AGM STATEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection
control products, took place at 11am today, 15th November 2006. All resolutions
were duly passed.

Chairman Francisco Soler commented upon current trading as follows:

'I am pleased to be able to report that sales in the first four months of the
year are in line with expectations, with a growing contribution from exports.


The integration of the recently acquired Tristel Technologies Limited,
previously Vernagene Limited, has been successful and entry into the
contamination control market in water, food processing and food growing has
broadened the Group's income streams.'
