The Company confirms that it has received notification that Mr Bjorn Hobart, being a PDMR of the Company, acquired 102 Ordinary Shares in the Company as set out below pursuant to an automatic reinvestment plan of dividend proceeds from the Company.

Mr Hobart's current holding in the Company is 419,418 Ordinary Shares (as at 1 March 2024).
