RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
Full details of the Resolutions were set out in the circular published by the Company on 28 September 2016 (the "Circular").
Resolutions 1 and 3 relate to the issue of New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Issue, the result of which was announced on 14 October 2016. The Issue is not conditional upon the passing of Resolutions 2 and 4.
