Cancellation of Share Premium Account

The Company announces that the Court of Session has today confirmed the cancellation of the share premium account in accordance with the special resolution passed on the 5 August 2010.

The special resolution authorised the Directors to apply to the Court of Session for an order to cancel the Company's share premium account, and to enable the application of the resulting special capital reserve to fund share buy-backs.
