The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger White as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 29 April 2014.

Roger has been Chief Executive of A G Barr plc since 2004, having joined the company as Managing Director in 2002. He previously held a number of senior positions with Rank Hovis McDougall. He is a past President of the British Soft Drinks Association (BSDA) and is currently a member of BDSA's Board of Management and Executive Council. He holds an MA (Hons) from Edinburgh University and was Scottish PLC Chief Executive of the Year in 2010.

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to this appointment.
