Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 0.66p per share (2017 - 0.625p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2018 payable on 26 January 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 January 2018.

This first dividend represents a 5.6% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2017. It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, that they will at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 0.66p per share for the full year to 30 September 2018.
