Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.66p per share (2017 - 0.65p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2018 payable on 27 July 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 July 2018.

This third interim dividend represents a 1.5% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2017. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2018. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.66p per share.
