On 15 March 2011, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc bought back 200,000 ordinary shares in the market at a price of 48.25 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

110,141,432 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

11,801,085 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
