Trustpilot Group plc (the "Company") announces that its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report") and the notice of annual general meeting (the "Notice of AGM") have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders. The Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at 5^th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG, United Kingdom. Further information on the Company's AGM arrangements can be found in the Notice of AGM.
