Annual Report and Accounts: Notice of Dividend Record Date
On 28 March 2006, the Board of TT electronics plc announced that it would be
recommending a final dividend of 6.36p per share, bringing the total for the
year to 10.05p. If approved, this dividend will be paid on 26 May 2006 to
shareholders on the register at 19 May 2006. Shares will therefore be quoted
ex-dividend from 17 May 2006.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM to be held on 17 May
2006 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
