TT electronics plc, a global provider of performance critical technology solutions to leading manufacturers, today announces that David Crowther will be retiring from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in May 2012 after seven years as a non-executive director.  As previously announced, Stephen King will succeed David as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
