Posting of TUI AG EGM Invitation

Further to the announcements made by TUI Travel PLC ("TUI Travel") and TUI AG on 15 September 2014, TUI AG has today posted an invitation to TUI AG shareholders (the "TUI AG EGM Invitation"), containing details of its recommended merger with TUI Travel and notice of the general meeting of TUI AG to be convened in connection with the merger (the "TUI AG EGM") at which resolutions will be proposed for the approval of a direct capital increase, a conditional capital increase and related matters.
