Tullow Oil appoints Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive Director
18 September 2013 - Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Wilson as a non-executive Director with effect from 21 October 2013.
Jeremy brings extensive strategic and corporate finance experience to Tullow following a successful career at JPMorgan where he joined as a graduate and is currently Vice Chairman of their Energy Group. During his time at the bank, Jeremy has held a variety of senior positions including Co-Head European Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Co-Head of Natural Resources and Diversified Industrials. Jeremy is also a non-executive Director of FTSE350 energy services company, John Wood Group PLC.
There are no further disclosures required under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UKLA and 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange in respect of Jeremy Wilson to those disclosed above.
