TYMAN PLC
Change of Auditor
Tyman plc ("Tyman" or the "Group") announces that the Board has approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2022, subject to approval by Tyman's shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting. This follows the conclusion of the planned competitive tender process led by the Group's Audit & Risk Committee.
The Group's current auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), which was first appointed as the Group's auditor in December 2011, took part in the tender process and will undertake the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 but resign immediately after the conclusion of that work.
The Board wishes to take this opportunity to extend its appreciation and gratitude to PwC for its services to the Group over many years, and also to the other firms that participated in the audit tender process.
