Board Changes
Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, is pleased to announce the following change to the Board of Directors (the 'Board').
Helen Clatworthy joins the Board with immediate effect and will be a member of each of the Board's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. In accordance with Group policy, Helen will offer herself for election at Tyman's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday 12 May 2017 (the 'Group's AGM').
Helen Clatworthy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is currently Chair of the Imperial Tobacco Pension fund, one of the UK's largest occupational pension funds with assets of £3.4bn. Helen has spent most of her career with Imperial Brands plc in a number of financial roles and was latterly a member of the plc Executive Committee. Helen is also a Trustee and Treasurer of Disability Snowsports UK.
It is intended that, following the Group's AGM, Helen Clatworthy will succeed Martin Towers as Chair of the Group Audit Committee.
