Dividend Timetable and AGM

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, announces details of its dividend timetable: 

Further to the preliminary results announcement of the 12 March 2013, in which the Board announced that it is recommending a final dividend of 3.5 pence per ordinary share, the Company hereby confirms the following dividend timetable:

·       Ex-dividend date - 1 May 2013

·       Record date - 3 May 2013

·       Payment date - 25 June 2013

Payment of the final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, 24 June 2013, at 3:00 pm at the offices of Pinsent Masons, 3 Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6BH.
