Purchase of Shares by the Lupus Employees' Benefit Trust

Lupus Capital plc ("Lupus" or the "Company") was notified on 20 December 2012 by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the Trustee of the Lupus Employees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that the Trust has made the following purchases of shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following these purchases, the Trust holds 900,461 Ordinary Shares representing 0.69 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 129,840,798 Ordinary Shares.
