Cancellation of Warrants

Utilico Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that following the final exercise date of the 2012 warrants ("Warrants") on 30 April 2012, and the subsequent suspension of listing which took effect on 1 May 2012, an application has been made to the UKLA for the Warrants to be cancelled from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 10 May 2012.
