The Board of UIL has declared a fourth quarterly dividend of 1.875 pence per ordinary share in relation to the year ended 30 June 2014, which will be paid on 8 September 2014 to shareholders on the register on 22 August 2014. The shares will go ex-dividend on 20 August 2014.
