Fourth quarter dividend declaration

The Board of UIL has declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.875p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2016, which will be paid on 28 September 2016 to shareholders on the register on 9 September 2016. The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 8 September 2016.
