Sale of Utilico Finance ZDPs

On 19 May 2009 Utilico Limited sold, 1,000,000 (2016) ZDPs in its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 104p per ZDP share.

Following this sale Utilico Limited holds 4,585,000 Utilico Finance (2016) ZDPs representing 12.2% of the (2016) ZDPs currently in issue.
