PURCHASE OF UTILICO FINANCE LIMITED 2014 ZDP SHARES

The Board of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 18 July 2014 the Company purchased 145,000 Utilico Finance Limited 2014 ZDPs shares in the market at a price of 165.75p per share. These shares, which are redeemable on 31 October 2014, will be held as an investment.
