The Board of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 23 May 2014 the Company purchased 370,000 Utilico Finance Limited 2014 ZDPs shares in the market at a price of 164.75p per share. These shares, which are redeemable on 31 October 2014, will be held as an investment.
