The Board of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 9 September 2014 the Company purchased 350,000 Utilico Finance Limited 2014 ZDP shares in the market at a price of 167.25p per share.  These shares, which are redeemable on 31 October 2014, will be held as an investment.
