Half Year Results
This is an amendment to the RNS number 8225M released at 7.00am this morning.
In the section entitled Property Portfolio the first sentence of the second paragraph was as follows:
"The Company's strategic investment in retail warehouses and shopping centres over the last 18 months has been amply justified, with a 12.2%% capital value uplift (net of capital expenditure) across all retail holdings across the period."
This sentence should read as follows:
"The Company's strategic investment in retail warehouses and shopping centres over the last 18 months has been amply justified, with a 2.3% capital value uplift (net of capital expenditure) across all retail holdings across the period."
