UK Commercial Property Trust Limited today announces a 6th interim dividend
payment in respect of the period 01 October 2007 to 31 December 2007 of 1.3125
pence per Share per the schedule below;



Ex-Dividend Date - 13 February 2008


Record Date - 15 February 2008


Payment Date - 29 February 2008





UKCPT also wishes to issue a correction to its announcement of the 5th interim
dividend, released on 8 November 2007. The payment was made in respect of the
period 01 July 2007 to 30 September 2007 and not 01 September 2007 to 30
November 2007 as previously announced.
